How does the guarantee work?

We guarantee to book 10 meetings within 90 days of your campaign launch date. If we don’t hit that number, we refund the difference. For example, if we generate 7, you’ll be refunded for 3. If we generate 10, you’ll be refunded 0, etc.

What’s BANT?

Budget, authority, need, and timing. It’s a framework we use to qualify leads, so we’re not wasting meetings booked with people who don’t have a real need for your service. It means each meeting you do take is much more likely to close.

How do I know my meetings will fit ICP and be qualified?

Your lead list is built based on who you tell us to target. For example, managing directors of industrial equipment suppliers in the UK, with an employee headcount between 11-49. You check the lead list to ensure it’s a fit before we hit send.

How do you book meetings?

We recommend Calendly or Hubspot scheduling pages. If you don’t have one set up, we’ll do it with you. When a lead is generated, your scheduling link is sent to them, and the meeting is booked directly to your calendar.

How do you represent my brand?

With you in mind. We write all outreach in your tone of voice and get your approval on all messaging before launch. The ProspectAgency does not outreach on behalf of your company per se. It is “you” that the prospect will be speaking with.

How transparent is the process?

We like to keep it open as our clients would like. We provide an initial onboarding call where we take you through each step; both the copy and the lead list is sent to you to review before launch. And, we have bi-weekly meetings and regular campaign updates sent by Slack.

How much involvement do I have in the campaign itself?

As much or as little as you want. Some clients want full visibility and to approve every message. Others say, “just go.” We’re cool with either.

Can I change my ICP halfway through the campaign?

Absolutely. Campaigns aren’t set in stone. If you learn something new about your market, pivot your offer, or want to test new segments, we’ll adapt with you.
