We envision a time in the next couple of decades where we will have helped over 1,000,000,000 businesses make more money than they spend using direct marketing. It’s a lofty goal, but it motivates us to get up each day and keep fighting the good fight. Email policies change every day. As a result, what worked yesterday won’t work today. (Unfortunately, we mean this literally, lol.). Whether it’s cold email, LinkedIn outreach, door-to-door, or messenger pigeon, we’re determined to find effective direct response strategies of today and share them with you.

We love direct response because it took us from nothing to something. It allowed us to create jobs and contribute to our local and global economy. This is what we’re fighting for, to continue having the privilege of using to grow our and your business.

Meet The Team

The ProspectAgency is a fully remote team of five. Believe it or not, we’ve never met. 2025 will be the year (then we can take new profile pictures!).

Elena Spasovska

Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer | Skopje, North Macedonia

Elena has seen it all. With over 10 years of experience in cold email marketing, she used cold email before it was a thing. So I guess you could say she’s a trend setter. Elena spent six years at one of the UK’s best-known B2B lead generation agencies, heading up a team of 50. Today, she is a key part of our client’s growth, having maintained and improved internal processes that reflect in our client’s campaigns.


Tom Holland

Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) | Peterborough, England

As a sales leader, Tom took another B2B lead generation agency from a yearly revenue of £150K to £10M. He joined The ProspectAgency in an attempt to do it all again: building high-performing teams and driving growth, especially in fast-paced, start-up environments. Being able to understand what you provide isn’t enough; being able to understand how to articulate it in a way that prospects want is key. From initial onboarding to ongoing delivery, her role is to ensure your campaign runs smoothly.

Brendan is your very first point of contact. He aims to understand your business and qualify your fit for The ProspectAgency. He knows our service inside and out, and consistently provides feedback to us internally on how the people (i.e., you) perceive what we offer. This gives us key insight to consistently evolve based on what the market requires.


Faizan Shabhir

Email Deliverability Lead | Hyderabad, India

The beauty of working remotely has allowed The ProspectAgency to expand further than its British borders; we’re lucky to have found Faizan. He’s a true email deliverability expert, carrying out dozens of domain blacklist, inbox placements and overall health checks on all our email accounts. You won’t work with him directly, just know he’ll be busy behind the scenes helping with the setup and management of all your email accounts.

Our core ethos consists of 4 core values, starting with learning, and completed through partnership. The more we learn, the more innovative we become and the more partners we attract.
